  • Dr Jennie Shone is now based at Hornsby, she is also looking after Dr Sarah Birds patients in her absence. For online bookings please click on Hornsby.

  • Covid-19 booster vaccines are now available for those with the following medical conditions; Cancer, Chronic kidney disease, Chronic lung diseases, Diabetes, Heart conditions, Stem cell transplant, anyone taking medication to suppress the immune system and HIV infection. To confirm if you are eligible, we encourage you to book a consultation with your GP first.

  • DHM are available at Hornsby every Tuesday and Wednesday mornings 8am - 12pm.

  • Dr Sarah Bird is currently on a sabbatical and is missed by the staff and all her patient's. We wish her all the best, and hope to see her back in the near future.

  • Dr Jennie Shone will be working at Hornsby from end of October date TBC.

  • Dr Lucy Rigby will be running a skin clinic at Hornsby every second Friday from 15th October 2021. She is booking up fast so please book in early to avoid disappointment.

  • Dr Gamani Goonetilleka (MBBS; FRCS(Eng) joined us in August at our Mt Colah rooms every Wednesdays from 12.30pm to 3.30pm. He is an experienced Specialist General Surgeon with training and expertise in Plastic and Skin Cancer Surgery. His consultations will need a referral from your doctor to attract maximum rebates from Medicare.  Fees payable for procedures will be advised by the Surgeon at the time of consultation prior to the procedure.  Bulk Billing is also available under certain circumstances.

  • COVID-19 Vaccinations: are currently available through both our practices. We are administering the AstraZeneca Vaccine and the Pfizer Vaccines.

    Please phone for a vaccination appointment.

    You will be advised about potential side effects and have an opportunity to ask questions. You will be asked to wait at the surgery for 15 minutes after your appointment to ensure there are no immediate side effects; this is standard procedure with ALL our immunisations.

  • 2021 Private and Government Flu Vaccinations have arrived at both Hornsby and Mt Colah surgeries. Please note, you need a two week gap between COVID and any other vaccinations.

    Eligible patients for the Government Flu vaccinations include people over 65, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, pregnant women, patients with certain chronic illnesses (e.g. severe asthma) and children from 6 months-5 years old.

  • Social distancing:   
    At all visits, please:

  1. Wear a mask

  2. Scan in using our Service NSW QR code (there is a manual sign-in sheet for patients without smart phones),

  3. Advise reception staff if you have a fever, cough, cold, runny nose, sore throat or other possible COVID-19 symptoms (you will be asked to wait in your car or outside), and

  4. Use hand sanitiser on arrival.
